Our villa Momare is a beautiful and comfortable detached house in Medulin, of exceptional design, decorated with a lot of love for details and built in 2017 according to the principles of ancient Indian Vastu architecture, which enables harmony with nature and the circulation of positive energy. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bright bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with a bathroom, terrace, air-conditioning and satellite TV. The living room, kitchen and dining room are open plan rooms, facing the south, which makes the space illuminated and airy. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi. Our villa Momare combines excellent design, warm colors and soft lines, which are all features that guarantee a harmonious and relaxed stay.

The exterior of the villa is as fascinating, beautiful and spacious as the interior. The whole property has 1800 square meters and is surrounded by beautiful, untouched Mediterranean nature that offers complete peace and privacy. The well-kept lawn is fully landscaped and enriched with beautiful, large olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, dominated by a spacious pool with hydromassage and a shallow part for small children. With its garden furniture and deck chairs the area enables you to have a great and relaxing holiday. The pool is also located on the south side. The two covered terraces for socializing and a sun terrace, where you can spend a pleasant stay, provide you with a charming view of the pine forest and beautiful old olive trees. Day and night you can enjoy a unique peace of mind, being in a quiet location, in a secluded location, away from roads and traffic. The only thing you can hear is morning and evening chirping of the birds.

There is a large barbecue in the summer kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals with friends and family and dine in the outdoor dining area under the clear sky during warm summer evenings.

There are also swings for children on the lawn.

The villa provides 4 parking spaces.

Villa Momare is approximately 1 km away from the sandy beach Bijeca and pebbled beach Belvedere. The distance to Pula, the largest city in Istria, is approximately 7 km. The distance to the nearest restaurants in the village is also approximately 1 km, and the nearest store is approximately 300 m away.

Cape Kamenjak is 7 km from the Villa. Its protected landscape has a total of 30 kilometers of indented coastline and more than 30 picturesque coves. There are few places in the world where the sea is of such a blue-green color, as clear as in this far south of Istria. Rocky beaches alternate with pebbled coves.
